Every ARS Solar component has a proprietary drawing, a code, stated materials and tolerances and, for critical parts, a load test report.
Internal load tests
Numbers from the test bench.
Critical components undergo documented load tests with an internal report: dynamometer, dial gauge and residual deflection recording.

Example: a 1304×2500 mm module loaded at 4000 Pa produces a 333 kgf point load. The end clamp reached 940 kgf while still in the elastic range, over 2.5 times that value. The test stopped at the bench limit, not the component's.

Every component has a dimensioned drawing with parts list, material and weight, downloadable as PDF.
6063 T66 alloy
Extruded profiles in 6063 T66 alloy, machined and drilled to drawing.
Stated tolerances
Extrusions to EN 755-9, machining to UNI EN ISO 22768-mK.
Fasteners and seals
A4 stainless steel fasteners where required, certified fixing screws and EPDM for sealing and grip.
